This does look like winter light, but I can't figure out the verticals. Window panes? Or actual bars, as in jail. Gee, J, I hope you didn't get too wild and crazy on the "night out" I suggested!
Right now, the only "beach huts" I might happen upon would be for ice-fishing out in the middle of large, frozen bodies of water. I much prefer your view.
This looks like a painting of fence rails and the lightest color of tan does look like afternoon winter light.
